Registered midwives provide care for the mother and baby leading up to birth and post-partum.
Services include health education, home visits, and birth support.
Lactation consultants provide breastfeeding support for as long as you need it.

Support for a healthy pregnancy and beyond.
- Session 1: Sept 5 – Nutrition and Safety during Pregnancy
- Session 2: Sept 12 – Active Pregnancy
- Session 3: Sept 19 – Labour and Birth
- Session 4: Sept 26 – Newborn Care
- Session 5: Oct 3 – Breastfeeding
- Session 6: Oct 10 – Postpartum Care
- Session 7: Oct 17 – Transitioning to Parenthood
